1.What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity limit. But if the purchase quantity is too small, the ocean freight/air freight and customs clearance costs at the destination port may be close to or even higher than the total value of the order. We usually suggest to be one pallet for the ocean shipment, this will be safe for the goods. You can contact customer service for specific costs.

No, our compounds are silicon free. our all compounds are silicone free and water based. They are body shop safe products.

No, our compounds have no wax ingredients.

6.How about the minimum order quantity if OEM?
If the OEM is for LOGO label, the MOQ for each product label is 1000 sets and the label cost is 250 USD.
For custom colors or fragrances, the minimum order quantity of each product is 200 liters per order.

7.Do you provide samples for quality testing?
We provide free test samples with a volume of 120ml for testing by customers. Freight to be paid by the customers.

8.How can you guarantee the testing samples are same quality as future order?
We provide 120ml free test samples for customer testing. The formula of each product is strictly adjusted, and the samples provided are directly extracted from the production line, which is consistent with the quality of the large goods. Our products are tested by high temperature, UV, packaging drop, etc. and then sold to the market. Each product is individually formulated to ensure that the quality of the sedimentation layer does not appear to be a problem.

9.If the shining and sealant prices can be diluted?
We have oil-based and water-based shining and coating products. Oil-based coating and shining agents could not be diluted, include 703 oil-based tire gel, 705 Universal Protectant Spray On, etc.

10.What is your product validity period?
Our products are valid for three years without opening the packaging. In order to ensure the expiration date, we start with the procurement of raw materials, select the best raw material suppliers, strictly observe the operating regulations, deionization treatment and anti-corrosion treatment in the production process.
