Complete QC system
Inspection of raw materials into the factory: Every time we purchase raw materials, we will do a series of factory tests to ensure that raw materials will not have any quality problems. Raw material quality inspection will be done according to the type of product, humidity test, separation test, pH test, pressure test, etc.
Inspection in production: Strictly control the key nodes in the production process, including the corresponding adjustment of environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity. Ensure that the environment in the assembly line is clean and orderly.
Pre-shipment inspection: Before loading the container, QC will final inspect the quantity, trademark, packaging and tightness of the product, and provide packing photos to ensure that the customer will know before receiving the goods.
Sample Policy
We will provide free samples of products upon customer's request. To help us decide favorably on sample requests, we ask interested customers to send comprehensive buyer information for our review.
All sample shipments will be either by air or by sea, with taxes and shipping costs paid by the customer.
